I go to a lot of screenings and it is rare that once the credits roll I feel satisfied. One or more of the elements of most films just don't work together to create a feeling that you have been thoroughly entertained.

I am happy to say that this film DELIVERS! The acting is superb, the chemistry between all of the actors is sizzling, the comedy is absolutely hilarious, the storyline grips you and never lets go, the music is superb, and you feel emotionally connected with the characters and story.

If you check my previous reviews, you will see that I am most often moved to write a review when a film was really bad, but this film caught me completely off guard and I just had to express my overwhelming satisfaction with this filmmaking experience.

I can't imagine how difficult it must have been to try and finance a period film with two stars who were not well known outside of their own country. I am just overjoyed that it all came together. This is how film should make you feel when you leave the theater - entertained! To the entire production team - BRAVO!!

You'll find yourself saying 'What am I watching' more than once
Well what can I say, Tusk is a film of it's own. The premise of the film is Justin Long being turned into a patch- work walrus. It is a hit or miss film, you either love it or hate it.

Justin Longs acting in this film is great, but the film had a lot of jumping around and doesn't feel fluid with it's character arcs. It aims to be a dark comedy and I did find myself chuckling at some parts in the film, I equally found myself saying 'What am I watching' just as often. There isn't really much character development in the movie, but you do grow attached to Justin Longs character by the end of the film. The actual walrus when you see it is slightly disturbing.

I genuinely felt slightly upset at the end of the film, but I felt as though the film could have been written better. If there was a more fluid feel to the scenes, and more development on the characters then this film would be getting better ratings.

The overall story is original, the acting is great, but as a final product it feels very rushed and choppy. I enjoyed tusk and think that it is underrated and being played off as 'too weird'

Yes, it's a weird film but it's trying to be different and is a nice change of pace from most horror films these days. If you want a film that will make you genuinely say 'WTF' at the end, tusk is for you. If you're going into this film expecting a good horror film, you're going to be disappointed.

Had a chance to view it this week with only the trailer as a guide as to what I was about to see. It turned out to be mildly better than I was anticipating. Mark Wahlberg brought a comical element that worked with the overall story with Denzel basically being the straight man throughout. Denzel plays his role smoothly with a slight sarcastic comedic side. I thought they both played off each other very well to keep you intrigued with the ongoing twisting plot. Good to see James Edward Olmos after a long absence from the big screen. Always be LT. Castillo from Miami Vice fame to me. Don't base your opinion on the trailer as I had. Worth a look.

After her boyfriend broke up, Jen decides to go on vacation to Nice with her parents. She promised herself not to deal with any guy during this trip, until she meets Spencer. Spencer is a handsome, charming man who has –according to Jen- something mysterious. He gives her right away butterflies and after a few months, they are a married couple. Everything seems to be completely perfect and it looks like Jen has finally found the love of her life. However, their idyllic marriage turns into a weird nightmare, when all their neighbors and friends try to kill Spencer. He might not have been completely honest with Jen about his previous job as an.. assassin. Despite the fact that he quit his job when he met Jen in France, his former colleagues still want to handle something with him.

Robert Luketic is an Australian director of (generally) romantic comedies. Before the movie Killers, he directed a few other films such as Legally Blonde, The Ugly Truth and Monster-in-Law. The movie is made with a wink to the Mr. and Mrs. Smith film, which was a great success. People consider Robert Luketic as a traditional director, whose name doesn't sound very notorious. Katherine Heigl also played the leading role in Luketic's previous movie The Ugly Truth, so they were no strangers to each other.

It's the first time Katherine Heigl and Ashton Kutcher had to play lovers, but you could hardly notice. They seemed to have a good connection and you could almost feel the chemistry between them. Heigl is an accurate actress who is used to play in romantic movies. In almost every film, she portrays the incredibly innocent, slightly clumsy girl. Most of her characters are so devoted to their job, that they hardly have a social life next to it. She often plays the 'attractive, polite girl-next-door, who tends to talk just a little bit too much. An example of this role is her character in 27 dresses. Ashton Kutcher has been cast in a series of film roles, like What Happens in Vegas. In Killers, he is represented as a sexy, mysterious, gentle man who is immediately captured by the charms of his antagonist. In one word: a perfect husband. You can see that Kutcher has an excellent timing when it comes to eye contact and facial expressions towards his partner. He and Heigl make a cute couple together.

The movie is a combination of an action-comedy story, with a few romantic twists. If you don't know what to do on a cozy Saturday night, I can perfectly recommend you to watch this breezy, entertaining comedy!

Action, drama, humor, Denzel can due it all. Based on the TV show, Denzel Washington is yet another old man, similar to Pierce Bronson in the November Man, trying to prove he's still got it by playing a mysterious dude who works at a Megamart who decides to help a young hooker who got beat up pretty badly and ends up taking down some major hitters in the Russian Mafia, then becomes a target for the main boss.

The movie had a quiet tone similar to Denzel and Director Antoine Fuqua's last flick, Training Day, but Denzel's performance in this is far more Oscar worthy. Denzel still brings passion to movies in an age were other actors like him are phoning it in just for the pay check, and basically that's what makes the movie. Watching Denzel on screen.

In all fairness, The Equalizer's main antagonist, A man the mob sends to take care of their problems, was no slouch either. It was so entertaining watching these two hunt each other down.

Possibly the worse part of the movie was there was not enough Chloë Grace Moretz whose role in the movie is no more than a gloried cameo.

Overall Mr. Fuqua directed the great Denzel in another amazing role.

I was lucky enough to go to an advanced screening of Kingsman: The Secret Service. Watching the trailer a month ago made me interested to watch this movie since I'm a fan of spy movies especially the 007 movies. The movie is about a young teenager from London called "Eggsy" who is chosen by a professional agent from a super secret organisation who call themselves the "Kingsmen" to go through the deadliest "job interview" to be the next Kingsman spy.

That said I must say I was not disappointed. The action is fast-paced and there's a lot of comedy. The movie is sort of like 007 meets Men in Black. The movie obviously parodies the old traditional 007 formula especially of the Roger Moore era but this is done in a good way. Kingsman; The Secret Service reminded me how great the old 007 formula was until it was changed until Daniel Craig's portrayal of the agent. After watching this movie Daniel Craig better take notes because there is a new agent on the block and that is "Eggsy'.

That being said Kingsman: The Secret Service is the best movie of 2015 so far. Don't miss it!!!

Melissa McCarthy has one of the most impressive potty mouths in cinema. The gloriously self-deprecating comedienne fires off f-bombs that would make Samuel L. Jackson jealous. McCarthy's acerbic dialogue, coupled with her innate knack for physical comedy, ensures this espionage spoof is nothing short of enjoyable, if not memorable. The carefree plot is irrelevant and lacks the biting commentary on spy flicks that the superior Kingsman provided, yet it capably achieves its aim of propelling McCarthy from one gag to the next. Paul Feig yet again delivers a bloated runtime (see Bridesmaids and The Heat), although generates enough laugh-out-loud humour in his script to largely make up for it. But this film really belongs to the on-song cast, with the rib-tickling McCarthy receiving excellent support. Rose Byrne nails it as the condescendingly caustic villain, Jude Law admirably takes the mickey out of himself, and Jason Statham – who snares the movie's best moment with an uproariously macho monologue – is downright hilarious as an obnoxious agent. Spy has its share of filmic flaws and jokes that fall flat, but when it's funny it's really funny; which, thanks to its marvellous cast, is more often than not.
